Venue

The conference will be hybrid, with in-person sessions held at the Boehringer Ingelheim site in Ridgefield, CT.

• All sessions will be hybrid and broadcasted live via Zoom (or MS Teams). The zoom (or MS Teams) link and password for virtual attendance will be sent to registrants before the event.
• If you are attending in-person, you must show a valid photo ID (e.g., a driver license) to be admitted onto the Boehringer Ingelheim site.

From Connecticut: I-84 West Use the right lane to exit toward US 6. Keep right at the fork to continue on Exit 2A. Follow signs for Old Ridgebury Rd and merge onto Old Ridgebury Rd. Turn left onto Briar Ridge Rd. Boehringer Ingelheim is on the right.

From New York: 684 to Danbury. Take I-84 East to Exit 2. Continue on Milestone Rd. Take Old Ridgebury Rd. Turn left onto Briar Ridge Rd. Boehringer Ingelheim is on the right.

If you are planning to use a GPS app, the address is: 27 Briar Ridge Rd, Danbury, CT.

Parking

Drive into the Boehringer’s entrance via the North Security Gate. See photo above. Stop and tell the guard your name, that you are a visitor, here to attend the ASA Mini Conference, and show your ID. The Guard will direct you to the AOB Building. Park in the Visitor’s section. There will be a Visitor Badge for you with the Receptionist.
